Jonathan grew up going between Brooklyn Heights and Westchester. He has owned many properties in and around Westchester, as well as locally in Woodstock, and is in the process of developing land in Palenville. He is a native New Yorker who has spent a lot of time in Greene County and the surrounding areas over the years as a short-term rental guest. Jonathan is an attorney, as well as a former gallerist, curator, and educator. His art world experience, coupled with his history of renovating homes, allows his clients to see inside, outside, and into the future of a home.

He also hosts real estate investor meetups monthly in many different parts of New Jersey.
